Visitors to our website

We use StatCounter to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour patterns, such as pages visited and time on site. This information does not identify you personally. We also use Cloudflare for security and performance, which processes some technical request data (such as IP address) as part of protecting the site from abuse.

If you use the live chat on our site (powered by Tawk.to), the messages you send and basic visitor information (such as your IP address and browser) are processed by Tawk.to to deliver the chat service. See Tawk.to's privacy policy for details.

Customers and registered users

When you sign up for an account, purchase a signals plan, or register for a free guide, we collect the personal information needed to do this: your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number. We use this to verify your account, deliver the service you signed up for, and contact you if we need further information.

We don't sell or rent your personal details to other organizations or businesses.

How we contact you

Depending on your account settings and our current configuration, we may contact you by:

• Email (currently active)
• Telegram, if you connect your account to our Telegram bot (currently active)
• SMS or WhatsApp (currently not in use, but may be enabled in future — this policy will be updated if so)

You can control marketing communications preferences from your account, or by contacting us directly.

Payments

We currently accept payment via PayPal, Coinbase Commerce (cryptocurrency), and our internal Referral Wallet balance. Card and payment details are entered directly with these providers — we do not receive or store your full card or wallet credentials on our own servers.

Our privacy policy does not cover any sites linked from our website. Please check the privacy policy of any external site before submitting personal information to it.
