24-hour refund window. You may request a refund of the amount paid for a signal plan within 24 hours of purchase, provided the signal service has not been accessed or used.
What is not covered. Once the signal service has been accessed or used, or when more than 24 hours have passed since purchase, the payment is not eligible for a refund.
Trading results. Trading profits or losses are not grounds for a refund. ForexLia does not guarantee any result, and every trade you place is your own decision.
How to request a refund. Email admin@forexlia.com from the address registered on your account, and include your name, the plan you purchased and the date of payment.
Changes. We may update this Refund Policy at any time, and the latest version is always available on this page.
